We went to try their fried cheesecake bites. When I tell you fast service is fast. This is fast. This was fast service. We got the order in, and it was within a minute, it was fast. We got it. Fastly. Toe. This made me quit my fast. The people were looking at us too much. That’s OK though. I would look at me too. The cheesecake bites were delicious by the way. They were hot. They were good. They were not greasy, in a bad way. They remind us of the cheese curds that are fried. It really really seems to carry that flavor. Here is an outside testimonial from my colleague: “It’s like if you got fried white cheddar bites, but made them cake. The water push thing on the ice machine was very hard to push and ended up. I ended up needing assistance. I just burped. And Mount Vesuvius seems to have become a hill. That’s all I have to say on that.” Excellent work. Honestly, I’m giving you five stars because you guys actually went above and beyond for the speed.

I went to the Zaxby's in Bremen, GA on Friday night 12/19/25 and I was really impressed! This is the first time I have visited the store since it has been remodeled and the store looks great. I have hated to go to this store in the past due to the poor service I seemed to have gotten every time I went there. I know they remodeled the store, but the seemed have to have remodeled the management and employees also. The service was PERFECT. My order was taken by a extremely polite young lady! My order was completed very fast, not the case in the past, and correctly. The food was hot and very tasty. Seems that this store has made a complete 180 degree change in their focus on the customer service from this visit. I hope that the management of this store keeps things going like my visit on 12/19. If it does, you have a steady customer in me! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

Today was a unexpected surprise. These days you find so many employees that work at fast food restaurants that are in a hurry to get you out and plainly don't care about you or thier job. This was not the case today. I went inside and was greeted with a smile by a young lady named Kaylee. She was very sweet and while I waited on my food, I noticed she never stopped smiling while greeting and taking customer orders. I can't say the same for the other lady that handed me my food. She even THANKED me for coming in!!!! I never go inside and I don't know why I did today but thanks to Kaylee, I will be back! It felt good to actually be appreciated for being a customer! This young lady needs a raise, or bonus or something! I will be calling the manager also. Job well done Kaylee. Thank you!

I’ve eaten here more times than I’m willing to admit. I can’t recall ever have an issue with the food or service. Is everything always perfect? No, but it’s fast food, a heart attack in a sack.

We tried the Cajun deluxe chicken sandwich this time around, and it was great! Then we also got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, since they're always good, and the kids got the chicken fingers and wings as usual. The sweet tea was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining areas were clean. If you got room for dessert the brownies and cookies are good too, but we skipped the dessert this time around since we got grilled food and felt like we were eating healthy for a change and accomplishing something. On that subject, their salads are very good and a large proportion of food for the price

This Zaxbys is good. The place is well kept and the staff is nice. The food is good. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Bremen.
